On Saturday I actually wanted to see a movie near Sindorim station. While walking to the cinema I saw that later on that day a small Saint Patrick’s Day festival was held right in front of the station. Organized by the Irish Association of Korea people could learn about Saint Patrick, participate in a raffle, listen to live music and try Irish food. Thanks to the sunny spring weather, visitors could enjoy the outdoor event while green colored clothes and balloons were spread around the station and department store.
I really enjoy attending such events hosted by different countries. It is always interesting to learn more about other cultures, and I am very happy to see that more and more Koreans participate too.
